Is the cooked food sent hot?
- Yes, all freshly cooked and leaves kitchen within 20 mins of ready

Is cooked satay set inclusive of sauce and longtong?
- Yes, all grilled satay sets are inclusive of warm sauce, cucumber pack, longtong and the aluminium foil bowl

Is empty foambox provided?
No, foambox is purely optional. However, for purchases with ice, we will call to advise.

Delivery to BBQ Pits
How can I arrange to send to the bbq pit, instead of collection at carpark?
- EZBBQ drivers will deliver all units to the BBQ pits or specified delivery location, unless there is last-min change of instructions from the customers directly. There is no surcharge for us to send to the BBQ pit.

How much is delivery fee?

Due to rapidly rising diesel and petrol costs, EZBBQ is trying our best to cap our delivery fees (minimum $60.00 purchase upwards).

For any order between $60 to $199.99, there is a small $12.90 delivery fee (to help us cover diesel costs), due to the smaller order value.

Free delivery is currently available for orders above $200 only.

Due to unpredictable customers and road conditions, please do avail us up 15-20mins delay, possibly beyond your delivery window.

Except for restricted areas, we currently deliver islandwide (BBQ Pits, Parks, Condos, Chalets & Resorts, HDB & Private Homes).
