We deliver orders via dedicated vehicles, including vans, lorries, cars, and bikes. To ensure Halal compliance, our vehicles do not carry non-Halal items when transporting EZBBQ products.
Deliveries are scheduled in 2-hour blocks. While we strive for punctuality, road conditions may affect delivery times. We recommend that recipients be available at the delivery location within the selected time frame.
You may indicate a preferred time in your order, but please note that we cannot commit to exact timing due to traffic and other factors.
Yes, once your order is processed, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your purchase details.

Delivery Options and Fees
Standard Delivery: $12.90 per location for orders above $60.
Free Delivery: Available for orders over $200.
Yes, if your buffet setup location is inaccessible (e.g., no direct lift access or stairs only), a $50 surcharge will be applied. This helps cover the extra manpower required for setup in challenging locations.
Self-pickup is temporarily limited as we expand into a full e-commerce model. Pickup hours are:
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 10am - 5pm
- Friday, Saturday, and eve of public holidays: 10am - 5pm
- Sunday: 10am - 2pm

Order and Payment Information
We accept various payment methods:
- Online: PayPal, Google Pay, credit cards, internet banking, and bank transfers.
- Walk-In: Cash, NETS, PayNow, and credit cards (via PayPal or Shopify Pay).
- Companies & Government Entities: GeBiz, company cheques, and government billing portals.
After completing payment, you will receive a confirmation email with an invoice for your order.
Yes, all payments must be verified by our team before delivery to prevent complications from unverified transactions.
Same-Day and Urgent Deliveries
We accept same-day orders if placed before 4pm (Mon-Sat) or before 12 noon on Sundays. Orders received after the cutoff time will be scheduled for the next day.

Packaging and Delivery Process
Your items are packaged into three main groups:
- Frozen & BBQ items
- Dry Goods
- Cooked items

If foam boxes are purchased, they will be used for your delivery. Any unpurchased foam boxes will be collected back by our delivery staff.
Cooked dishes are prepared fresh and packed individually. If the packaging is compromised, please reject the item(s) and inform us at 6392-8392.
Order Changes and Cancellations
To cancel or modify an order, please email us at least one day in advance. Refunds for cancellations will be processed the following Monday or Tuesday.
Same-day cancellations will result in a 100% charge for cooked food, as these items are prepared in advance.
If you select the wrong date and don’t update us at least 24 hours prior, the order will be fulfilled as scheduled, and the order will be deemed fulfilled.
Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns on delivered or purchased food products due to food safety and hygiene concerns.
Refunds will be processed within 4 working days. If you prefer a credit note or a rescheduled delivery, please contact us at 6392-8392.
