All returns will be processed via 4 working days. Should you like a credit note or to defer your delivery, please let us know at 6392-8392.

For IBanking and Paynow, our staff might not respond immediately upon your payment. Kindly whatsapp us here or email us at admin@ezbbq.com.sg, clearly stating your EZB # invoice number and amount paid.
This way will help us acknowledge faster.

For Company Cheque payments, please note EZBBQ may require your payment prior to said event/delivery date. This is to reduce post-event complications, as well as act as confirmation of the delivery.

Any credit terms, if approved, shall not exceed 2 weeks (14 calendar days) of said event. All cheques are to be payable to "EZB Pte Ltd".
