Roasted Leg of Lamb (Multiple Pieces) (Up to 15kg Pre-roasted),
- 2kg Vegetable Gratin
- Charcoal Grill (To grill onsite)
- Serving table with 2 vegetable sides
- Chef to cook and carve onsite

 Presentation:

Table with tablecloth, Food warmer and guest utensils, chafing dish to place carved pieces of meat
Inclusive of transportation, equipment & staff necessary for food set-up
Bowls for sauces with serving spoon, 1 service chef

Service time is 2 hours.
Additional hour chargeable at $50/ booth/ hour.
